What is Pixcham?
Pixcham is a mobile application where users compete against players from all over the world in selfie challenges for interesting prizes. Additionally, you can also enter 1vs1 Battles where you can have fun with friends or new people in private selfie contests.
How do I register on the Pixcham app?
The Pixcham app is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. After downloading it, you can create an account for free and fully utilize the application. The app is completely free and has no in-app purchases.
What are Challenges?
Challenges are selfie competitions where players compete for monetary and non-monetary prizes. They are organized by well-known brands, personalities, events, or other organizations.
What are 1vs1 Battles?
1vs1 Battles is a selfie competition where two players compete against each other. In 1vs1 Battles, there are no monetary or non-monetary prizes involved.
Who judges the correctness of the competition selfie tasks?
The fulfillment of the competition selfie tasks is judged by three independent judges.
How do I know if I have won a prize in a challenge?
After registering for a specific challenge and completing all the competition tasks, the competition will be evaluated. The player will be notified of their ranking through a notification in the app and email. The complete leaderboard of winners is also published after the evaluation in the slot of the given challenge.
How can I withdraw my cash prize?
Withdrawing a cash prize is simple. You click on the Wallet icon in your profile, enter your bank account information, and request a money transfer.
How do I collect a non-monetary prize?
The participant who has won a non-monetary prize will be contacted by the organizer of the challenge, who will ask them to provide the necessary information for the delivery of the prize.
What is a 100% bonus?
It's a so-called Fair Play Bonus. If a user violates the rules, they may lose this bonus and will be temporarily excluded from the game.
How can I delete my account?
1. Open the application
2. Click on your profile
3. In the top right corner, click on Settings > Legal
4. Click on "Delete Account"
5. Choose the option to delete your account
6. Follow the instructions in the application to remove your account.
